OUR STORY

We don’t often think about the roads we drive on. The design, the flow, the signage; these are all things that we frequently take for granted as we travel from one place to the next. But these things are such an integral part of our day and can really dictate the success in which we accomplish our tasks. When Brad Foran sought out this profession and started his company, it was for the sole purpose of helping people. Our theme “Helping You Find Your Way” really says it all. We as a company seek to reach all people in every walk of life and help them on their journey. We provide designs that allow for safe and efficient travels for our community, and we take great pride in that.

Lighthouse Engineering (LHE) is an award-winning Civil Engineering firm established in 2006 in beautiful Safety Harbor, FL. Our Engineering team has over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sector. Our reputation for providing the highest quality of products and services to the community, has proven itself to be the recipe for our success. LHE has been providing expert engineering consulting services to the public and private sectors since 2006. Our ingenuity has provided solutions that helped improve our communities and protect critical environmental and cultural resources within our state. Our innovative approaches have led to many new developments, retail centers, office parks, and recreational facilities.

OUR RECENT PROJECTS

Multi-Use Path from Ashley Drive to Adamo Drive:
This project was to provide a pedestrian/bike path underneath the Selmon Expressway. It connects Channelside to Riverwalk that provides pedestrians with easy access to downtown destinations.
N. Bayshore Blvd. Multi-Use/Bike Trail Project:
This project consisted of adding 9 ft. of trail/path to the multi-use path/bike trail along Bayshore Blvd.
I-275 BUS on Shoulder Project:
This project was necessary to widen the northbound and southbound outside shoulders to allow transit vehicles to travel on the shoulder when congestion slowed traffic.
Intersection improvements for Palm Avenue
Intersection improvements for Palm Avenue including adding warning signals and reconstructing ramps for pedestrians to cross, as well as signal pole relocation.
